All services provided by Infinite Soul Tarot & Healing are for guidance, clarity, and spiritual support. Readings and healing sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Service Purpose

• Tarot readings offer intuitive guidance based on current energies.
• Reiki provides energetic balance and relaxation but does not diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions.
• Mediumship aims to connect with spirit lovingly, but specific connections cannot be guaranteed.

3. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18+ unless a parent or guardian gives written consent.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information will never be shared.

5. Payments & Bookings

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session is considered missed.
• A missed session cannot be rescheduled unless a new booking is made.
• If Vicky needs to reschedule, a new time will be offered.

7. Refund Policy

🚫 NO REFUNDS are given for any service.
Once a session is booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with the outcome
• Missed appointments
• Perceived lack of connection
• Unexpected or undesired messages

By booking, the client understands and agrees that tarot, mediumship, and healing sessions are based on energy, intuition, and guidance, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions after the session.

Readings given on TikTok Live are mini-readings for guidance and entertainment. They are not full private sessions.
